La Coa Barbecue

Este es un sitio especializado en costillas ubicado en una casa preciosa en donde se encuentran varios restaurantes. El sabor es bueno y suave, sin embargo hay que mejorar la temperatura. Lo mejor fueron las salsas!

Es un muy lugar para comer costillas de cerdo. La costilla es deliciosa y viene acompañada con el tradicinal pan de maíz. También muy recomendado el pulled pork

Realmente es muy bueno este sitio, la comida tiene un trabajo impecable de ahumado y los sabores son realmente sorprendentes, que buen lugar para disfrutar sin penas, el dueño un bacán

If you ever had great ribs slow cooked juicy and falling of the bone this is a place that you’ll remember for a long time. We went to the new place at the park 93 I take like a food court in a shopping center so the ambiance falls under the table and so is the service; there is non it’s self serve. The other very unfortunate thing is that yesterday was a dry day, meaning they were not allowed to serve alcohol of any kind because of special elections. I Must say the ribs were simply outstanding but with no wine to pair them simply is NOT my cup of tea. The next time we’ll go to the original restaurant and under no circumstances on a voting day.

Excelentes y carnudas costillitas, acompañadas de papa frita rústica y cornbread de gran sabor, lo mejor para acompañar con una buena cerveza
