This place is really comfortable, nice atmosphere, so typical, food was delicious. The waiters/waitresses really kind. Cons They took a long time to bring the food, more than half an hour, but nothing serious, the food came up warm and tasty. I would recommend to provide outlets for each table, that will be fantastic just in case the customer needs to charge a phone or connect a laptop. Also I recommend a way for the customer to call the waitress/er this is because yell or rise a hand is a bit uncomfortable. I would suggest screens or smart tvs properly located at the first and second floor in order to improve the atmosphere, showing pictures of the food, restaurant, history or things in general, (football matches etc) Best!

Omg! This place stand out by its food! For BBQ Grill TOTALLY recommended. We ordered Argentinian empanadas they came with spicy sauce and chimichurri. Tasty!!! Then our delicious BBQ Solomito and Marucha... Second to none. The only thing to improve are the chairs, they are a bit uncomfortable but nothing serious. Note: Waiters can communicate in English.

En general muy buena experiencia, muy organizado y limpio todo. A nivel de protocolos de biosecuridad es muy seguro, el servicio al cliente es genial. Pedí unas costillas a la BBQ con salsa picante + papas fritas, la atención fue rapida.

Security protocols: Okay, my first impression after the opening is that they are accomplishing part of the government requirements for covid19, but... Yeah there is a but, no list of attendence or inscription at the entrance, they take temperature and use of hands sanitizer, but not the list of people, so, we all know that we need to take off our masks and it is kinda risky even if the tables are 2 meters of distance, you know what I'm saying... people surrounding is having lunch at the same time and they normally cough or sneeze. Hence I think it would be better if they take list of the people who attend the place, for security and prevention. The Food: It was delicious, I ordered a typical dish through QR code, chicken breast with onions + Patacones and fried chips with BBQ sauce. (The waiters were wearing their mask all the time) The place: Comfortable, the waiters stood out by their kindness. It is just that I found the table with some food stains, it wasn't clean at all, but nothing serious. To point out: I didn't see any outlets close to my table. (It's important for anyone who wants to plug in a laptop or just to charge a phone) I didn't see any WiFi sign (Important if anyone is running out of mobile data) The waiters were busy the whole time.( That's normal, this is something that I found in must of the place I've been, but you know, if can take this into account will be great, it's important to get a way to connect with every single table, clients always need anything and the only way to reach the waiter is yelling or raising the hand or giving a hint and that's old. So, if the restaurant can get a system to push a button to call a waiter or if a waiter can be close to the tables all the times in order to solve problems that will be perfect, the effectiveness will go up, the clients will feel great quality service, and that will spread out). I do recommend this place, it's important if you are planning to spend a good time with your family and friends, like I said before they have an excellent customer service.

Muy buen ambiente, Mi experiencia fue que ordené una punta de anca termino 3/4 la cual resultó muy asada a lo que previamente habia solicitado, la carne tenia a su vez muchos gordos lo que la hacia un poco complicada al momento de degustarla. Muy buen sabor y muy buen servicio. Lo que ordené no costo mas de 30k.

It's a good Italian restaurant with a great atmosphere, tables, chairs and lights are proper organized, some dishes take long to be prepared, but normally you will have to wait to get the order between 15 and 25 minutes. It is worth it.

Un ambiente muy típico, buena comida y ambiente. Cuenta con muy buena iluminación, excelente servicio al cliente. Encontramos los manteles sucios debido a que no contaban con cubierta antiderrames. It's really good for those who wanna taste delicious Santander's Colombian food, the place has a nice ambiance, very colloquial and is affordable according to what they offer. I totally recommend the "Mute" is a traditional and satisfying soup.

Okay, I'm gonna tell you what I felt about that place in the following breakdown: Dish: Crepe Mar Encocado 1) Place with an awesome ambiance as usual. 2) Customer service very kind and quick. 3) The crepe was not what I expected, I tasted it a bit intense, with a concentrated flavor, I think it was not ideal combine those amount of seafood in one dish, keeping in mind that this kind of food is very delicate to prepare, including that some people could be allergic to this food. I think this crepe could be better. 4)The artesanal beer was really delicious Bogota Beer Company "Cajica Honey Ale" 5)I really enjoyed "Tinto de Verano" a wine very refreshing indeed, which is proper to quench thirst. After all, I spent a good time there, it was a positive experience.
