Ugh. Avoid this place. Ordered from Rappi for pickup. Had very specific instructions on items to remove from one of the burgers. When I got home, the burger had everything on it. Brought it back an hour later, and asked for a refund, and they refused to provide me, stating that they couldn't refund the Rappi transaction and would not refund me in cash. This is all besides the fact that the burgers weren't that good (tried a different one in the order) and our group was largely unsatisfied with the quality. With at least 10 other options nearby (Brooklyn SWAG & Burgers are awesome-- go there!!) there's absolutely no reason to go to La Abarrotería with sub-standard food, who can't follow instructions, and who refuse to provide customer service when issues arise.
